Setup made simple.
These requirements ensure a smooth, safe setup and allow each Artzi activation to operate as intended. Please share the applicable requirements with your venue in advance of the event.
General requirements
What every activation needs.
Dedicated footprint
Minimum 10′ × 10′ per activation, unless otherwise specified. Elevated setups may require additional space for arches, mirrors, grid walls, bar-height tables or other specialty display pieces.
Tables & chairs
Venue/client provides two folding tables and two chairs for each activation (6′ or 8′ — Artzi confirms the length with your final event details), positioned in the agreed area before Artzi arrives.
Electrical access
Standard 120V electrical access within 8 feet for neon signage and other small equipment. Artzi uses extension cords only minimally. Some activations require additional or dedicated power.
Tents & outdoor spaces
For tents, outdoor locations or spaces without nearby electrical access, the client/venue is responsible for safely routing appropriate power to the activation area before setup begins.
Supplemental power
Any supplemental electrical setup provided by Artzi must be approved in advance and may be quoted separately.

DTF Transfer Studio
- Space
- Minimum 10' × 10'
- Venue furniture
- Two folding tables (6' or 8' as confirmed by Artzi) + two chairs
- Electricity
- REQUIRED — high-draw equipment + neon signage. Two heat presses, each on its own separate dedicated 120V circuit (not shared with each other, catering, DJs, lighting or photo booths), plus a separate standard outlet for neon signage, within 8 feet.
- Elevated setup
- Additional footprint may be required for the Design Lab structure, bar-height table, mirror and specialty displays.
Live Laser Engraving Activation
- Space
- Minimum 10' × 10'

- Two folding tables (6' or 8' as confirmed by Artzi) + two chairs
- Electricity
- REQUIRED — standard 120V electrical access within 8 feet for laser engraving equipment, air filtration and supporting equipment.
- Wi-Fi
- REQUIRED — reliable venue Wi-Fi in the activation area throughout the event. Network access details must be provided before setup.
Lip Lab Experience — Make Your Own

- REQUIRED — standard 120V electrical access within 8 feet for crock pot and neon signage.
- Elevated setup

Perfume / Cologne Bar — Make Your Own

Perfume / Cologne Bar — Pre-Filled

- Required. Client/venue must provide appropriate floor protection or add Artzi’s floor protection service.

Slide Station — Custom Jibbitz

Final venue requirements are based on the specific activation, guest count, venue layout and selected setup. Artzi will confirm any event-specific adjustments before the event date.
