01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Artzi Events website and to the creative workshops, activations, birthday parties and other experiences we provide. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms. Your event proposal or quote may include additional details specific to your booking.
02Inquiries and quotes
Sending an inquiry through this website does not create a booking. We will review your request and follow up to discuss options. Every event is quoted individually based on the experience, guest count, location and any custom requests.
Items shown on this website, including our Engraving Collection, are for information only and are not sold online.
03Booking and payment
A deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance and final guest count are due before your event, as set out in your quote or proposal. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
04Changes and cancellations
Please let us know about any changes to your date, time, location or guest count as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, which may affect your quote. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.
05Venue and setup requirements
- Most activations need a minimum 10′ × 10′ space, two folding tables and two chairs, set up before we arrive
- Standard electrical access within 8 feet of the activation area; some experiences need additional or dedicated power
- Some activities require floor protection, provided by the venue or client or arranged with us in advance
- For tents, outdoor or remote areas, the venue or client is responsible for safely providing power
We will share the exact requirements for your experience before your event.
06Travel
We are based in Teaneck, New Jersey and travel to events across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Travel and parking for locations outside our local area are included in your quote.
07Materials, availability and projects
- Materials, designs, charms, finishes and engraving items are subject to availability and may vary slightly from photos
- Some projects, such as resin, decoden and paint pours, need drying or curing time before they can be handled or transported
- Client-supplied products or blanks must be approved by us in advance
- Some materials, such as resin and paint, can stain — aprons and gloves are provided where appropriate
08Guest safety and supervision
Our team guides every activity, but children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event. Please let us know in advance about any allergies or sensitivities that may be relevant to the materials used.
09Photos and social media
We may photograph our setups and finished creations to share our work. If you would prefer that photos from your event are not shared, simply let us know when booking.
10Use of this website
All content on this website, including text, logos and photography, belongs to Artzi Events or is used with permission and may not be copied without our consent. We work to keep information on this site accurate, but it may change without notice.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
